Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers community forum. You need to use whatever driver is the latest release from the manufacturer of the bluetooth device you want to use, or your computer manufacturer. If you have installed a driver that is not compatible with your device, or with your computer, and it won't uninstall, you may have to find a removal tool for it. You should be able to find that on the site where you got the driver or by searching the Internet. To best be able to help you get your devices working we need to know the brand and model of the devices. Other wise all we can give you are generic answers.
